Terms of Service

Last updated: 25 July 2026

These terms govern your use of the VibeDeck desktop application and this website, provided by VibeDeck(“we”, “us”). By installing or using VibeDeck you agree to them.

Licence

VibeDeck is licensed, not sold. A licence is tied to a single machine and is available as a perpetual licence or a subscription. You may not resell, sublicense, reverse engineer or circumvent licence activation. Playback requires a valid licence.

Free trial

New installations include a free 14-day trial. At the end of the trial the software requires a paid licence to continue. No card is required to start a trial.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and your licence remains active until the end of the paid period. Prices are shown in GBP and may change with notice before your next renewal.

Your music and venue licensing

VibeDeck plays audio files that you import. You are responsible for having the rights to use that music, including any public-performance licences your venue requires (for example PRS for Music and PPL in the UK). VibeDeck is playback software and does not grant any music rights.

Acceptable use

Do not use VibeDeck to break the law, infringe copyright, or attempt to disrupt or probe our services. We may suspend licences involved in fraud or abuse.

Disclaimers and liability

VibeDeck is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. [Confirm jurisdiction and registered entity details.]
